Star Trek Fleet Command is published by Scopely. Scopely's Terms of Service prohibit the use of third-party automation tools, and Scopely may ban accounts caught using them.
STARbot AutoRaider is offered as a fair-use automation tool for personal play; by signing up you acknowledge that detection and account-banning are possible outcomes, and you accept that risk knowingly.
STARbot does not modify game files, inject code, or access game memory — it operates only through screen reads and simulated inputs — but no client-side technique is undetectable, and we make no guarantee against detection or ban. If you are not willing to accept this risk on the account you intend to use, do not proceed.
Refund Policy
STARbot AutoRaider begins with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required, no charge unless you choose to subscribe at the end of it. The trial is your opportunity to confirm the tool works for your hardware and play style before any money changes hands.
After the trial, your first paid charge is fully refundable within 7 days, no questions asked. To request a refund, email contact@starbotautoraider.com from the address on your account; we process refunds via Stripe, which returns the funds to your original card within 5–10 business days.
Subsequent renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable, but you may cancel any future renewal at any time by replying to your most recent receipt or emailing contact@starbotautoraider.com — your licence then remains valid until the end of the current paid period. A self-serve cancel option through Stripe's Customer Portal will be added shortly.
